Critical Data Collection for Original Equipment Manufacturer

An original equipment manufacturer (OEM) involved in the pharmaceutical industry needed a critical data collection program for production validation and quality control.

Our engineering department developed a custom software solution that far exceeded the customer's expectations. Data was collected at the rate of 200 times a second and correlated into real-time streaming graphs. A wide variety of options for viewing and creating trending reports were implemented into the program. The user-friendly interface allowed operators to custom set the configuration for each individual batch. The success of this software solution resulted in it being offered as an option in all of the customers next generation machines.
