High speed counting machine for banking and related industries

A client approached Genesys Controls to partner in the development of a highly accurate high speed machine for use in the handling of hard currency. The speed and accuracy expected by the client far exceeded what was on the marketplace, and set new levels for any future products.

Utilizing their skills in embedded solutions, Genesys Controls engineers developed a solution that exceeded the customer's goal of counting fifty units per second while at the same time maintaining complete accuracy. A complex multi layered board was designed to achieve this goal. An easy to use touch screen for the operator was developed, and a prototype was built. After extensive testing, the prototype proved to be one of the fastest and most accurate machines in the market place. The product was then moved into production and is still a commanding force in the marketplace today
