Major upgrade for existing laboratory equipment product

Genesys Controls was asked to upgrade a client's existing tabletop product with digital controls. The current laboratory product was operated manually, and was limited in both capabilities and functionality.

Genesys Controls microelectronics engineers developed a completely new design, and produced a prototype printed circuit board for testing and functionality. An easy to use keypad was added that enhanced the capabilities of the unit, and also reduced the amount of labor needed to setup and operate the product. Once the newly designed printed circuit board proved to be successful, volume production of the board began immediately, and is still being produced in an ever increasing volume every year.
