Large Volume Filler and Capper Line

We were approached by a client who needed to completely replace their existing controls on a high-speed liquid filler and capper line. Their objective was to efficiently increase production output.

We developed new controls for the high-speed line by synchronizing the conveyors, filler, and capper. The line was increased to 600 units filled and capped per minute.
