Complete Integration of Numerous Machine Controls for Continuous Production Line

A global manufacturer of vinyl sheeting was installing a new continuous process production line that needed controls for the entire system. This entailed everything from storage, and mixing of raw materials, to production ready product, through final production to finished product.

The immense scope of this project included numerous main systems and sub-systems and entailed multiple PLC's and large scale programming in WonderWare. The difficult challenge of this project was to ensure that the system operated in a continuous process mode 24/7 while maintaining the quality demanded by the client. With attention to detail from the off loading of raw material to the mixing stage, and through final process of the product, the project was completed to the complete satisfaction of the client.
