Large Scale Remediation Project

We were chosen to engineer, design, and implement controls and data collection for a large scale ground water remediation project involving five different sites in remote locations.

Our engineers faced the challenge of creating a complete remote monitoring system that could access the five different sites, collect data from them, and program the equipment. By creating a secure virtual private network (VPN), we were able to achieve all these goals. The customer was able to remotely monitor the five locations 24/7, which significantly reduced labor and travel costs. Data reports were automatically generated daily and emailed to the necessary recipients. The system also had an emergency text messaging system for reporting errors.
