Genesys Controls Corporation was chosen to engineer, design, and implement the controls and remote monitoring for a large scale ground water remediation project involving five different remote locations.

Genesys Controls engineers faced the challenge of establishing communications to the remote sites that allowed for remote monitoring, control, and even remote programming for customer requested feature enhancements. Utilizing wireless communication technology via a secured Virtual Private Network (VPN), Genesys engineers were able to achieve the customers goal of having off site full remote access for remote monitoring, 24/7 without the cost of labor and travel associated with having onsite manpower. In utilizing the VPN, secure access allowed authorized users the ability to view the systems in real time anywhere in the world through their personal PC's. The system also provided instant text-message alerts to personnel notifying them of any and all warnings and alarm conditions occurring at any of the sites.
