Data Collection and Compiling Mandatory Reports

Our engineering department was selected to engineer, design and implement a large scale 24/7 remote monitoring and EPA conformance reporting system for a large chain of fueling stations. The current system was outdated and the customer had no real-time monitoring system in place to track on-site inventories.

Using a dedicated PC-based system, our engineers developed a system that automatically communicated with each fueling station's monitoring controller. The PC downloaded important information from each station, such as last delivery, amount used, and current fuel levels, and presented the information visually in real time. These reports met EPA requirements and manpower was decreased from 22 to 2 people. The client saved money, streamlined inventory control, and delivered to each station on time.
