Case #1
A respected leader in the security-identification industry asked us to develop the hardware for a new high-end Access Control product. Working closely with their R&D and Software Development teams, we created a robust, expandable solution incorporating 10/100 Ethernet and eight and thirty-two bit microprocessor technology. Benefits of the new product include a wide variety of input devices including magnetic, proximity and Smart Cards, fingerprint and retina scanners, wired and wireless access, and the ability to connect to their huge installed customer base. We even handled the regulatory process. The product is currently in the production phase.

Case #2
A container company required an upgrade to the electronics on a series of bottle-capping machines used on their production floor.  The machines’ original controllers functioned acceptably, but their age caused difficulty in finding replacement components when repairs were warranted. We were hired to redesign the boards using current technology. The company is now reaping the benefit of many more years of dependable performance from these machines.

Case #3
A company specializing in automated pipe bending equipment desired an upgrade to the antiquated controller board used in their machinery.  We reviewed their requirements and converted the old analog design to a new all digital, micro-controller version.  Many new programmable features were added, such as job set-up and recall, and an easy-to-use user interface.

Case #4
A well known leader in the grinding industry asked us to design and manufacture a custom controller for their line of grinding mills.  Grinding mills are extensively used in the production of a variety of products such as chocolate, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and paints, as well as in medical and scientific laboratories around the world. We developed the electronics and software, and to this day enjoy a growing and prosperous relationship.

Case #5
A leading manufacturer of batteries for the industrial and telecom industries contacted us to upgrade a battery charger for them.  We worked closely with their technical staff and designed the hardware, software and packaging to meet their needs.  Over the years, this one successful project spawned a number of different and varied products.  We continue to produce over 10,000 boards every year for this customer.
